Therapy
One-on-one therapy from the privacy of your own home on a secure & HIPAA-compliant network. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Sessions are CBT and DBT-focused.

Psychoeducation Groups
Online, secure therapy groups occurring quarterly. These groups are DBT-focused education groups with rotating themes.

6 weeks of psychoeducation; 4-6 group members
Rates above are 2025 pricing for Katie. Fully licensed team therapists and associate licensed team therapist rates may vary, ranging from $100 - $160 for 50 minutes and $175 for Initial Assessments.
